First an ISO is a copy of a game disk. You BURN ISOs onto a CD and then play it on a emuletor. You must have the ISO burned onto a CD or you cannot play it with most emulators.

umm u get the ISO then download ePSXe < www.epsxe.com > grab the BIOs off the BIOS section of emuparadise and open ePSXe click run ISO then open the ISO or u can download an ISO burn it to a CD and click run CD-Rom

I already dl'd the bios, i dl'd the IOS and when i did run IOS there was nothing there. Do i need a special IOS burner to burn it on the cd?

No... but the best program I find is NERO BURNING ROM
It works great, and has many diffrent burning options. So if you know what your doing... you can burn anything.

    Default I dont

When i dl'd the iso it didnt have any special files.
It was Final Fantasy tactics. What pissed me off was not only did i search for it for an hour and a half but it came in nine different parts. All the files came in the same format they were all .00 to .09 file endings if u can help me id greatly appreciate it

ahhhhhhhh its all clear now you need a program called winRAR. dl that then right click the .rar file and select extract here. you should end up with a .bin. iso or .img file you can run that w/ the emulator
