There is a bunch of fine english translation here http://www.romhacking.net/translations/

    A few Notable ones are,

    Tales of Phantasia on PSX
    Arabian Nights on SNES
Breath of Fire 2 on SNES
    Emerald Dragon on SNES
Seiken Densetsu 3 (Secret of Mana 2) on SNES

    and a whole bunch more
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.
