Black (The Game)

Alright so the Emulator works perfectly, no problems at all, except one minor issue. I have a VERY fast computer (Far Cry 2 runs smoothly). But when I run Black it is a little slow almost like it's got a little slow motion going on.

Any way to smooth it out and get it to run like it would on the console?

Also it does NOT have Win8 I downgraded the machine to Win7 Home Premium 32-bit.

The speed hacks is the first thing I would be looking at though, P.S. your laptop isn't that fast

It isn't that good on the PS2 console anyway
The Xbox version looks much better...but you need a console for that.

Sir I have tried all of that, I even went on youtube for videos on good configurations, maybe it's just the Emulator?

The emulators are useless, you need a console.
Easy to mod and cheap (or even free if you're lucky...psx/ps2 consoles are dirt cheap or free too).

And you can use the original Xbox to emulate older stuff instead of using a PC

My PSX and PSX2 Emus work perfectly, Final Fantasy X and X2 look sexy as hell and run very nicely....Black on the other hand....FUGGET-ABOUT-IT!!! LOL

Original Xbox emulators are useless it wasn't a blanket statement about emulators.
But not all ps2 games can be emulated perfectly anyway, iirc. Unless the entire catalogue has 100% compatibility now, and with glorious enhancements.
My consoles run games perfectly ok

I must add that the xbox is well worth a buy and mod, perfect xbox games and very good emulation of older systems and PC ports to xbox, the homebrew scene on the xbox is one of the best for home consoles, myself I use HD component cables and a couple PS2 controllers (via a converter) with it hooked to my TV.

There are a few games that are better on the xbox that got a universal release on all systems as well, this game being one of those, the only thing I never did get to like was the controllers but I solved that for myself (those silly black and white keys)

I have used my XBOX for arcade games via MAME and other arcade emulators, PSX games, Megadrive/Genesis, SNES and more plus plenty of PC to Xbox ports

You should know that PS2 emulation in no way is perfect and Black is very far from perfectly emulatable.
