With the exception that some emus can be a pain to configure with some games, I personally don't see what the difference is. If you can play the same game on the same tv with the same controller, what does it matter what the machine the game is in is shaped like?
I used my PS2 to play PS1 games as long as I had it. Now I use my PC to play PS1 games. Personally, I can't tell the difference one bit from when I played them on my PS1.
Well, except there isn't a lid malfunction that occasionally causes discs to skip/scratch, and the laser doesn't get weak over time.

People have problems with it.

So unless you have a decent system it would be easier to just play that title on an old Xbox. There was a thread about emulating this game in EE recently.
Many cross platform titles look better on that console anyway, and modding them isn't difficult.
Spoiler warning:
Somebody would have to pay me $500 to waste my time on another CoD.
Funny thing about the PSP/Upscaler is I only got it a few months ago.
Vita can't output to TV? Fuck it, I just want the JRPGs.
Here's $120 for the PSP.
Here's 90 for the HD upscaler.
. . . check internet. . .
here's an article on the Vita TV coming in November.
. . .for only $100
Fuck you, Sony.
