I took a stab at the native resolution argument. Only a few of PS2's extensive library boasted HD and even then, it was 720p. It felt invalid (to me) bringing up resolution when it hardware didn't boast it.

With the exception that some emus can be a pain to configure with some games, I personally don't see what the difference is. If you can play the same game on the same tv with the same controller, what does it matter what the machine the game is in is shaped like?
I used my PS2 to play PS1 games as long as I had it. Now I use my PC to play PS1 games. Personally, I can't tell the difference one bit from when I played them on my PS1.
Well, except there isn't a lid malfunction that occasionally causes discs to skip/scratch, and the laser doesn't get weak over time.

Did anyone get a chance to partake in the Dark Souls II beta the other night? I know some of you guys are fans of the Demons/Dark series (myself included), and after missing the first 2 betas I managed to get in this latest one. Just wondering what everyone thought of the the game if you had the chance to try it.

I played it the first time it was opened (missed the following 2 sessions) except for the bosses, didn't want to see them yet. Looks good and feels more agile. Loved the improved menus. Definitely, looking forward to it

Funny thing about the PSP/Upscaler is I only got it a few months ago.
Vita can't output to TV? Fuck it, I just want the JRPGs.
