    Thread moved.

What are the file extensions of the 49 files inside the 1 file?
It is probably a split archive inside an archive.

Use 7zip to extract from the .rar file only (the other .r files with numbers are the rest of the split archive...7zip will merge and extract).
The .sfv and .nfo files aren't relevant.

Always try using the latest version of 7zip first, then resort to winrar (or whatever)
7zip should handle everything though...no need to use hjsplit to merge splits like the old days.

If you still have problems getting the game running someone else will have to help you, I don't know anything about PSP really.

Both are images, but .cso is a compressed image type afaik.
I can't help you with getting the game working (as I already said), but I'm guessing you just need to convert the .iso to .cso.

If you downloaded all the files, used Winrar to extract the image file (.iso) (right click the file with the lowest number in the file extension (r00), hit extract here) and the result was a corrupt file, then you'll have to re-download the files again, there's no way to fix it. This time use a download manager like Free Download Manager to do it.

To convert iso files to cso use any converter like iso2cso or PSP iso compressor. When using it, if a game doesn't work, use a lower compression level to create your cso file.

    cso vs iso

cso = compressed iso and can cause issues with some games in the form of slow downs and even games just not loading at all
iso = perfect image and should not have any issues but can be large in file size up to 1.8GB in size

    cso more info

cso has up to 9 variations of compression the highest may have issue but lowering the compression can fix that sometimes even the lowest of compression can also cause problems so for those games iso is the only format to use

The Sony System Files and Links stuck thread has the programs to create and extract cso files, please read the stuck threads in the future before asking for help

As Cookie said but if a *.rar file is there as well as a *.r00 file then the *.rar is the file you extract from not the *.r00

P.S. the best extract prog to use is 7-zip in general

If you're getting a corrupt file error in your PSP the problem could be with the firmware rather than the file.

In the XMB menu press select, and try changing the "UMD mode". Run your game with different settings and see if the problem persists.
