I'm planning on going into the field of TESOL. A local university offers a degree program for it and forces you to take an internship in your last term or two, and judging from the information I've found on their site, a high majority of the internships are international.

From the looks of things you get to choose the country, but this is just judging from things I've found through the school website googling and stumbling across the classroom pages. They all seem to be fairly well paid internships also, so that's always a plus. I'm assuming the country I choose and get experience from would make it easier for me to find a job in that country since the field is mostly about international teaching .
