THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Probably a week or 2 after Signups. Once it gets started, you can plan times with your opponent, just send a replay or record it on your own so everyone else can know the results.
    *Time to edit that in*

I suppose I could give MBAC a shot. It's been years since I played, but I used to be decent.

Could use PSN, if someone could save and record replays, which is why I just put Supercade and PC games that I know DO have replays.

So you want to crash and burn in all of them?

That way it keeps it more EPish and stuff. I for one am glad for some contests here again and maybe some more people will join in instead of running away to PSN and XBL.

I am capable of recording PS3, but I don't have any games on PS3.
