Help Dood! (emulating FF Tactics on ePSXe)

I want to speedrun Final Fantasy Tactics but to do that i need to stream on twitch.tv. My FPS using a ePSX 1.8.0 is dropping to 15~30 + Sound lag during certain spells animation, could someone recommends me a low-end plugin or something like that? I really want to speedrun this game, but i lose too much time with the FPS drops and i cannot afford a new PSx/Ps2 atm . (The FPS drop happens only while streaming)

PEOpS Software plugin for video is by far the fastest one
ePSXe Internal plugin for Sound and CD-Rom

P.S. ePSXe is up to version 1.9.0 now

try pressing F7 to switch to the software video plugin.
