As far as I can tell it looks long gone. If you are just looking for the emulator itself its on the main site Here

But if you are having problems with it then you can of course create a help thread in everything emulation and someone who has used it could possibly help.

Well what can I say other than - tough shit. Not trying to be an ass but they don't seem to exist. I sure as heck can't find and no one else has posted here with link. Face facts, this stuff was made ages ago and their sites are gone. Nothing lasts forever. Now that's not saying some of the developers aren't hanging around some forum somewhere but who knows.

As I said I've found links for you and consider the matter closed. We're just running in circles now.
