    Default Nintendo Power NES Issues

Since many NES games are quite cryptic or borderline impossible to beat without instructions, I've decided to get a hold of some Nintendo Power issues.

However, since the magazine had an incredibly long run, it outlasted the NES and several consoles that came after that too. I'm only interested in issues that feature NES games.

Does anybody know which ones that would be?

Pretty much issues 1-35 and that should do it. There might be some NES games after that, but I'm pretty sure the early or mid 30's is when everything shifted primarily to the SNES.

The last issue of NES coverage was #67 (four pages of Wario Woods).

Is there a site that indexes game magazines to let you know what that issue covers? Like Nintendo power issue XX = final fantasy, dragon quest 2, donkey kong, etc. with preview pictures would be even more awesome.

Nintendo Power Index shows what games are in each issue. Out of Print Archive has the table of contents and page screenshots for various retro game mags, but no Nintendo Power issues.
