    Oh, the people I got the Saturn from had the most adorable kitten. I got lost in a cuddle for some time.

    I enjoyed the books too much not to be upset with the films. And there's always a part of me that likes to think something like that is a little more personal, and try to pretend that everyone else on the planet hasn't heard of it, too.

    I bought A Game of Thrones to read the other day. Never seen the show but been wanting to read something for weeks now and haven't known what. All my favorite authors have been dead for decades ao I can't exactly just look them up and see if they've written anything new. Came across it by accident in the bookstore and figured what the hell.

    Having mostly enjoyed things from the late 1800s to early 1900s, I'm having trouble adjusting to Martin's writing style.

    Old literature?

    I could never get into it tbh (plus I hated having to read anything for an assignment in my school days). I'll stick to Brooks and Butcher.
