Wind Waker issues.

I just downloaded wind waker for dolphin 32 bit... (got it off this site) but the graphics are unning terrible and the sound isnt so great either.. i mean like complete lag like someone did the voice over terribly lol... but i wanted to know if anyone could help me.. i have tryed adjusting things and it somewhat helped but its running terribly i think the max fps was 11 or 12.. so yea if you could give me some tips i would appreciate it ----------------- I have an update for it.. i have raised the fps speed to about 14 or 15 but everything is still slower. it looks like link is running in slow otion. ive messed with the graphics settings and all but idk what else to do.. please help

If your machine is that low spec the best thing anyone can offer is that you either upgrade your computer or just go out and buy a Wii and soft mod it then you can play Wind Waker as much as you like via a USB HDD.

Buying a Wii is going to be the best option at the moment, I would also check what you are getting as new models of the Wii do not have GC backwards compat, easy to tell though as they do not have the GC ports though they are hidden under a cover, a second hand console is fine for this and I am sure they will be reasonably cheap now as well with the WiiU out now.
