Default Some dolphin errors after replacing files with my wii nand dump

Basically, I extracted the files off my nand dump (using Nand Extractor) and replaced the dolphin wii-related stuff.

Whenever I configure Dolphin, it comes up with these errors:

"Section IPL.E60 not found in SYSCONF" - Comes up when configuring general settings
"Section IPL.PGS not found in SYSCONF" - Comes up when configuring graphics
    System Specs are Win7 Home Premium x64 SP1, i3-2310M @2.1GHz, 4GB Ram and 128MB Intel HD Graphics 3000.

Those errors don't appear when dolphin's stuff is there

I also put back the original SYSCONF file but that didn't work either

If there's no work around, I'm fine since I was just testing the wii menu

Thanks for the replies Zorlon; I'll hold back from using it for now.

They haven't really affected much gameplay, but screw testing stuff.

I have messed with my Wii's menu but I always ended up putting it back the way it was, including the boot Press A thing, or flash screen that was easy enough to do, the entire menu has been modded before as well, I still have a few custom mods installed though but I don't actually use them, in the long run the novelty of it goes rather fast.

I don't see the main menu that much anyway using a USB loader for everythig, that is much safer to customize than the real nand wii menu

Too much playing round can be very damaging to the if you screw with the nand too much or without propper know how on what you are doing so testing with dolphin was a good idea if it could be messed with.
