Premium not showing up...

Yesterday I signed up for premium for 6 months and was able to download faster, but today when I try to download more than one file at a time it says:

You can only have one simultaneous download per server. Please let your other download complete and then try again.

I went back into my email and clicked the link again, but it didn't make a difference. How exactly does your site even know who paid for premium though? It's not like it gives me any place to login. Is there any specific set of steps I need to follow each time for it to show up?

When you're logged into premium correctly it'll show you "EP Premium" at the top of the left menu. We know who to give premium to because your link is uniquely generated just for you.

Could you please try again and see if it works or if you continue to have the same issue ?

"EP Premium" did appear on the top left column when it happened. I even clicked the link again, did see it, and still had the problem after. Could it be because I use multiple tabs?

No, that shouldn't be a problem. It's because we had some server issues over the weekend which have now been fixed. Could you please try again now and see if you can get more than 1 file ?
