    Default Dolphin WBFS file compatibility

Out of curiosity, how compatible is dolphin with WBFS files? The developers claim that ISO format is better than WBFS, similarly with CISO.

I'm checking whether it's a good idea to convert my isos to WBFS before they get corrupt in the process and don't work with dolphin

Only works with 3.5 and above if anyone wants to give it a go

I'm in desperate need of space on my HDD since I have lots of large PC games, console game dumps and emulation stuff and I need this stuff to free up some space on my HDD by getting rid of the unneeded bits of my untouched wii game dumps

You're just putting off your lack of space issues no matter what you do imo.

    Spoiler warning:

Yeah, I'd really just buy another hard drive. Drive prices have finally trickled back down to sane deals again. Plus nowadays you can get external USB docks that perform comparably to SATA. So it's simple to grab a few TB of space.

Also, don't rip your untouched collection. That shit's hard to find
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

Ok, it's just that I'm collecting dumps of my Wii games every now and then, and dolphin might have some compat issues if I use wbfs on it because it's only an expt

Why use Dolphin if you have a modded Wii

Dolphin is not a perfect emulator to start with, that and you need a reasonably good machine to get good playable speeds

    Mod projects - XBOX
Phantasy Star Online Episodes 1 & 2 - online quests in offline mode packs [COMPLETE]
    [Quest Packs Collection]
GTA San Andreas - Hot Coffee [COMPLETE]
[Mod ready] & [Full ISO ready]
GTA San Andreas - Real Car Names extra content mod [WIP] [Back burner, just won't have the time ]

Get a playstation or other console out while it's busy or a handheld console or turn the TV over and watch a film
