Any DPG converters out there, that work?

I've searched far and wide, for a fully working DPG converter, but can never find one. All of them limit me to 3 minutes of conversion. I've found working serial keys, but they'd work for a day or two, til it went back to trial. Are there any master of DPG converting out there that knows the latest DPG converter, that converts at least 10 minutes? I thought this would be the best place to ask about this since it's a DS homebrew forum. The DPG converters I've used all functioned exactly the same, just have different program names. I've tried xilisoft dpg converter, ImTooDPG, and some other one.
I'm looking for a program that converts videos to DPG, for Moonshell 2.10, that does not freeze at the end of the videos as you played them on Moonshell.

If someone has the answer, I'd highly appreciate it

I see mention of finding serials to use software so it won't be a trial and limited

You're discussing warez, which is not allowed here.

If you want to ask about freeware or trial versions that's fine...but don't continue talking about warez or serials.

And no problems, I used to use that years ago myself, I'm sure there are other free ones around though, I'm sure the m3 site used to have one linked as well (there data site link seems to have gone now though)
