When I was trying to play one of my favorite games, Rise To Honor, I downloaded the ROM, but I couldn't find the ISO to play it. Do I need it? Sorry, I'm kind of a noob here.

If you are referring to the PS2 game, there's no ROM, the game will be an ISO.
The NTSC version can be found here:

Thanks. But how do I play it?
When I open the evaluation copy (I'm trying to emulate it), I comes up with all this stuff and then I see F.BIN. I have SSX and it had a BIN file and it worked. I tried it with this one, but it didn't work. The FAQ didn't help at all.
Just to clear things up a bit, your trying to play this game on an emulator on your computer?
Which emulator are you using?
Did you download the game with the link cookie monster provided?
What steps are you taking to load the game?

Yes.
PCSX2 (latest version)
Si!
That's what I need help with.
Have you been on the pcsx2 site FAQ?
There should be detailed steps for any question you may have.
On your emulator assuming you've setup the bios and plugins. Open the pcsx2.exe>cdvd>ISO selector>navigate to your .iso game
System>boot cdvd

But the thing is, I can't find the ISO. That has been my problem.
If you downloaded it, by default it should be in your " downloads " folder,
If it's not there try running a search in your C drive.
Or download the file again but save it somewhere you can find, if your extracting, extract it to a location you can find it. ( You are extracting it right? )

That's what I've been doing. It's still not there.
Ok, tell me which steps you preformed from the start.

I got the emulator and configured it. Then I downloaded the ISO, extracted it, and it's not there. I've tried looking for it in folders from finding the CDrive or whatever it's called. I seriously cannot find it.
When you do the extraction what files do you end up with?

The same thing. The ISO wasn't even in the WinRAR/7zip to begin with.
