how do I use a .c## file

this is the kind you get from using a yahoo sauger on a 4uc file. im wondering what program I need to use the file as a rom.

i think winrar works, you might have to right click on the first file and choose to extract using winrar.

hehe sorry to bother again, but I got another question. when i try to extract to a file, it asks if i want to over lap. if I refuse the whole operation goes, if I accept im pretty sure the game wont work. im wondering am i supposed to extract each file to a new folder, or is there something i dont understand.
