I prefer the digital copies because they don't break like the physical ones.

I prefer physical copies, the reason being I can usually look at the artwork of the box, and have the item on me whenever I want to. Digital copies are okay if they're handled correctly, but one of the biggest problems I have with them is their download limitations if something goes awry with my console and I lose access to the game I legitimately bought.

I love boxes but where I live, retail games are either non-existent of super expensive. So I'm going for DDL in recent years.

Its always been a toss up with me. Physical means that if something ever happens to one of the companies involved I don't have too worry about maybe never being able to play my games again. It also means that some games that may need a slightly more capable machine could just have the parts added to them if they are a cartridge. Although if they break I have to either mail it in for a replacement or buy a new one altogether. Digital means that it takes up no physical space, and that I can put it onto physical media if I choose and more than likely still have it work fine. Downside is that I more than likely have to be connected to the internet to use it.

I love the feeling of having a physical copy, but digitals take the cake if only for pure convenience. The steam system is perfect for most gamers.
