Digital is nice because you can boot it without having to change discs. There's something special about having a physical copy though. Plus you can let friends borrow a disc, or sell it when you're done with it.

For handhelds, I prefer digital copies or EverDrives, but for home consoles, I'll take physical media any day.

I feel safer with having physical copies. DIgital might get lost over time.

Digital is far more convenient but there's nothing quite like opening the box and flicking through them game manual before inspecting the disk and putting it in. Almost ritualistic

I like having digital copies because they don't take up as much space, and I can hide my nerdiness when I see fit because I own hundreds of games; I like that just looks excessive.

I really like the convenience of digital copies, but as a nostalgic gamer theres something about the feeling of take on my hands a nes/snes/genesis cartridge that i can't explain.

Well, I like collecting physical copies because they're fun to collect. But I also like digital copies because it has the DLC already in a digital copy. I've got a digital copy of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on PS3, and it had the DLC inside there. It was on sale, and I got it for $8. That's a $20 value!
