As with all things it seems that digital will be the future but I prefer boxes the size of the old snes or n64 cartriges. I wish I would still have my box of Banjo Kazooie.

Physical, with instruction manual and original case included. Can't buy a game without'em, even though the instruction manual is going the way of the dinosaur.

Physical. There's just something about physically holding the game. I did this for Fire Emblem: If Special Edition, instead of just downloading it off the eShop the minute it got released.
    Patience goes a long way.

I like hard copies for the fact you can get them cheaper usually than what the company charges for them, but digital copies are good for the fact that if you've got the money, you don't have to search the world to find the game you want if you want in right now. I'd say either one has their pros and cons.

I'm over having physical cases to show off my collection. Digital all the way for me. The only downside is that you can't sell the games when you get tired of them. But the major upsides are 1) I don't have to get up, and 2) my kid won't scratch the discs until they're unplayable

I prefer digital copies cause physical copies will have cracked, and on times the CD,DVD unable to be read.
I have some games that unable to be read after 4,5 years.
