I like the Steam setup- access to all your games, across multiple systems. Any other digital distribution and I usually try to steer clear.

I used to like physical copies. But when I bought my new laptop, it had no disk tray.

So now I'm on the digital bandwagon. Only problem is with EA/Origin, because all the Sims games I downloaded showed up for like a week, and then disappeared from my client. >.< And apparently there's no record of them having been bought in their servers or whatever.

My preference would be...both. I like to have a digital copy for fast/quick access, and then a physical backup in case terrible things occur.

Physical. I own a few digital titles, but I prefer tangible media.

I used to like physical copies more, but now I find digital copies more convenient.

Physical for me. I like the idea of having it to look at, care for etc. I agree though that it will be obsolete soon. Cost management will win out
