As much as i like physical media, it would more so be for decorative reasons. Nothing satisfies me more than seeing a massive 14tb hard drive filled with my game archives that i can access whenever.

physical can be nice but digital is so much more convenient especially when I don't have a lot of space in the house and things tend to go missing

Physical but I'm worried the direction we are headed will make this a thing of the past like payphones on every corner.

I prefer digital. I was never a person who traded in my games after playing them. I haven't bought a physical game since the day one release of the Xbox One. Every game since then has always been digital.

I prefer digital, it's very convenient to buy a game and immediately be able to play it anywhere

Physical is always better but digital is a good back up.

Digital, having moved a lot and lost things in the moves or had things stolen I prefer digital. There's pros and cons to both sides of this debate

my nostalgia part wishes we had physical copies still (they are a dying breed) however my green heart says that its more sustainable to have digital copies. However the issue of ownership still worries me about digital copies what happens when the servers shut down, what happens when steam or epic or gog shuts down? thats a lot of money ive invested on games over there, and i feel like that is an issue that will need to be sorted out at some point.

I used to be big into physical, but in recent years, getting a retro physical collection has been too expensive a hobby, so I've been leaning towards building a digital library

I loved guild wars original box versions, but everything now is digital since I don't have any storage.

Depends on the system, but generally I much prefer physical for collecting.

i prefer digital. if i turned my entire game collection into physical copies, it would take up too much space in my home
