First game I bought was either.. Kingdom Hearts 1, Gears of War 1 for X360, Portal 1 for X360, Pokemon Emerald.. or... Border lands 2. I can't remember what I bought and what my parents bought so I just listed the ones I loved most.

I saved up a hell of a lot of pocket money for Goldeneye back in the day. Games were super pricey back then. Completely worth it though.

SMB/Duckhunt, along with my NES. I had an Atari 7800 prior to that, but my parents bought it.

I know it's really late in the game, but my first actual purchase of my own was "Rise to Honor" the multidirection right analog fighter for the ps2. I enjoyed every replayed minute.
