That would be "Silent Service" a CGA compatible submarine warfare simulator.

IIRC I took it back to Virgin Marble Arch claiming that it did not play correctly and accepted a copy of The Bard's Tale instead.

What I remember most clearly is spending money on games on the Symbian system,
