    Default problem with wifi card on my laptop

    i have a gateway nv78, all bios are updated and my card seems to be working (not detecting any problems) yet i cant get on the internet with it (i can get on using lan), i did everything from rebooting the computer and modem yet nothing seems to be working.


    edit: fixed it. the laptop was set to automatic and wasnt connecting to the router or modem
