I'm not gonna lie - yeah, that's pretty much heresy. But hey, whatever works for you. I just felt the environments were pretty dull compared to DAO, and the story (at least as far as I got) wasn't nearly as compelling. Although, DA2 does have Varric, Gideon Emery's sexy voice and pirate chick boobs. I want to finish it, but at this point I probably should restart. But that would mean going through the copy pasted dungeons all over again. DILEMMA.

In all honesty, by the time I'm done I'll probably agree with you on every point for why DAO is a better game than DA2, and still have more fun with DA2.

And I'll probably sooner start playing Amalur then do a complete restart of DA2.

I would highly recommend playing Amalur before restarting a game that you don't enjoy that much.

I really want to go back and do the DLC for it, but I lost my save file somewhere along the line. Might have to re-install my old HDD to see if it's on there.
