    Question How to translating/modify ROM game?

    I want to translate some platform game especially Wonderswan to english, how to do it?
    i've searching but, i didn't find any relevant
    anyone know?

    *PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
