Can't get Ghostbusters Rom to work

I have MAMEUI32 0.144U4 and it's not even recognizing the rom. Can someone please help?
I tried to load the 2 player and 3 player roms (ghostb.zip and ghostb3.zip) I guess these roms are for mame version .147 so maybe that is why it isnt working? Is there a newer mame I should upgrade to?

Update your roms using ClrMamePro or try using the latest version of Mame since the roms are updated for the current version.
