Default Need help with PSP emulation, new to using ISO's and JDownloader

Ok, I have read several threads about Jdownloader, but I am more clueless than most lol...I am no stranger to emulators, I have several running but I just can't figure out the PSP one and Jdownloader...and I mean I am stuck right at the beginning...I am going to list all the steps that I did, and please tell me what I am doing wrong, as I can't even figure out how to unzip the ISO itself:

I am trying to download and play FFVII Crisis Core from this thread:http://www.epforums.org/showthread.php?78164

I read the guys FAQ on Jdownloader and tried following his steps, but I'm messing up somewhere...I clicked on the Jdownloader link, it takes me to the website with a big green download button...after trying to navigate thru the installation and cancel out all the free offers, I don't end up with Jdownloader, I ended up with something called Zoom downloader (I'm guessing my first big mistake)...I tried downloading the files with it, but all it does is say download finished, and I keep ending up with an image file of the url from the thread...lol I'm completely lost

    Try getting jdownloader from http://jdownloader.org/download/offline

    or from http://jdownloader.org/download

by the sounds of it you didn't get Jdownloader at all and click on an advert instead as none of the jdownloader links are a big green download icon

The biggest problem I find online is that alot of sites that use adverts have those silly huge big green download buttons that are infact an advert or link to other software than what you are actually there for
