    Default 3DS comfort grips

So my DS flash card finally came in the mail a couple days ago (an R4i Gold, effin' love it ), and I've been playing a lot more DS lately than I have in a while. I'm really starting to notice though, the console is just a tad small for my hands, and the way I end up gripping the face buttons they end up cramped up and uncomfortable within maybe 20 minutes or so of gameplay.

I've started looking into comfort grip type deals to see if I can't find anything that might help, and I've found a couple that look good.

^This one also comes with a bunch of other accessories I could probably use (particularly the SD adapter), but then again the controller bit looks like it "might" be a tad bulky, can't be sure without trying it myself.

^This one looks a lot more affordable, but doesn't come with the accessories. Again without being able to actually try it first hand I dunno if it's worth the cost.

Not having a lot of extra cash laying around lately, I'd like to ask if anyone here has any experience with these grips, and if they can recommend one that works well for them?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"

I don't know about grip mine feels just fine, but I don't have ape hands

asides from the insult (I am only kidding ) there was an extra battery life device that made the console bulky... er

http://www.amazon.com/Portable-Power...4703225&sr=8-2 that is not the one I am thinking of but it's a good example, most of these give the battery an extra 2 hours of life aswell as making the system bulkyer

http://www.amazon.com/Nyko-Charge-Ba...ttery+extender closer to what you are asking about plus battery life extender qualities (Not 100 sure if you can use it with the base connected as that is just a new charge station)

http://www.amazon.com/PowerPlay-Batt...ttery+extender close to the one I was thinking of but not, still worth a look

looks like the one I had been thinking of is no longer available, though it was the first one at the time so not too shocked to see it no longer available

Just showing you what else you can get, I can't see many actually wanting comfort grips in the first place, but not everyone will feel the same and I do not know if making the systems base thicker would help you or not

Ah, guess I could have elaborated a tad. Mostly the only issue I have with it is the bottom corners tend to dig into my palms due to how thin the console is. I actually hadn't thought to look at battery extenders, good idea

Were you maybe thinking of this one? http://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-3DS-P...gear+Powercase looks fairly similar and has decent reviews, thinking I'm gonna go with this one.

I don't have any of those personly, I do have a clear plastic over case though that is never removed that I got from my local pound shop lol that does make the system about a couple of mil thicker
