Default Cfg-loader (Configurable USB Loader) on wii?

I seem to have noticed several IOSs when I looked in the IOS section of the app. I installed IOS 222 and 223, which normally seem to bypass Nintendo's security on their games (especially any Mario series), and IOS 249 (it was some d2x cIOS or something).

I was just wondering what the other IOSs (IOS 24_ and 250) are for?

My wii is 4.3e, softmodded for homebrew.
    System Specs are Win7 Home Premium x64 SP1, i3-2310M @2.1GHz, 4GB Ram and 128MB Intel HD Graphics 3000.

Click the thanks button if I helped in any way!
