I have some trouble accesing certain websites, qj.net and dashhacks.com absolutely refuse to load. It's been like this for a year now. I've tried different webbrowsers, but no luck. Anyone knows what's going on?

That's weird, they still won't work for me :/
Could they be blocked outside the US then?
My first guess would be that, for whatever reason, your hosts file in windows is borked (assuming it is just the two sites you mentioned not working). In this case, the file would be set to redirect the URLs from those sites somewhere else, possibly to a location that doesn't exist, causing them not to load.
To restore your hosts file to its default state, check out this article; http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034

"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
I still can't get it to work, and the sites won't load on my other computers either. Could it be something with my router, or ISP? Although it wouldn't make sense for my ISP to block those sites, but all other sites work
What happen when you try other browser?
More likely your router than your ISP, although at this point you might want to call them and see if they have those sites in particular blocked for some reason (maybe for being "piracy" related?). Otherwise you could always go into your routers settings (type "192.168.1.1" without the quotes into your browser), and find its "reset to factory settings" option.

After checking the settings on my router, it seems like some setting on it is blocking the sites, I still can't get them to work. However, if I connect my PC to the internet via my cell phone, they load perfectly, so problem kinda solved. Thanks alot for the help
try going into CMD and type:
ping <website name here>
should send the site 4 packets and if they aren't loading at all because of a connection issue you should see it time out four times.
If that is the case I would assume the sites are blocked via a router or program on your computer.
