So now, do you know if there's a way to get the online to work on games that you got off of like, piratebay? I got black ops basically for the combat training and it's under the wi-fi option so I can't play it

Why can't you play it? As long as you turn off Nintendo-24 (or whatever its called) and switched off the auto-update when you hacked it, then wi-fi is fine.

Wii games online is fine

GameCube games can't be played online but only because you are not using a gamecube to play your gamecube games

Even if it's pirated? Cause I know with computer games the online usually doesn't work...I sat at the screen on blackops for 10 minutes after clicking wi-fi connection and it never wet any farther

I have done plenty of times with games on my HDD.

pirated games on a PC is totally different due to keys ect that are checked and if you have a dodgy key then there server will know and block you

Wii games can't be detected that way they don't have hidden checks like the PS2 did for later online games ect...

Hmm, wonder why black ops sat so long on loading for me then...I'll have to check out mario kart

No idea you had been talking about the Wii version, sounded like you had black ops for the PC, can't say I have played black ops on the Wii personly, not my type of game.

Yeah, downloaded it because I thought some nice combat training would be fun with the Wii gun thingy

I prefure Resident Evil 4 myself that works very nice with Wii-mote, thats about as close as I get to black ops lol

I've never played a RE game before, but I just got the first one to work on my hdd, so that will be played soon

RE 0 1, 2, 3 and Code Veronica are a different type of game compared with Resident Evil 4 to 6 and the 3DS Resident Evil Revelations, still there all a personal fav to me though but there not for everyone

I have so far softmod 4 wii's you can type in homebrew app for wii in your search bar in yahoo or goggle and get some you like.

Because you are a first poster I will let you off but please next time read the entire thread first and please try not to state the obvious unless the OP realy is that hopeless. Also try not to bring back older threads that had been finished with. (I know this one isn't all that old but it was finished with, kinda got a lil off subject near the end, part my fault)

As it happens there have been plenty of good links posted here already for Wii homebrew I know of more than what was posted here, the sites in question are either speciallised for Wii homebrew software or specialise in homebrew in general for consoles, this is considered alot beter than pointing out what a search engine does and to use it
