    Bootmgr is missing.
You will have to reinstall the windows again with it's dvd.
If you don't have a dvd download the windows 7 image file from somewhere via other pc and burn it in a dvd, while installation for registeration, you'll have to put a registration key that you may find below the laptop written on a sticker.
Or download windows 8 beta, it's free with a free key.

Are you able to boot into bios?
The key for it must be f2. Press it before anything loads.

You will have to buy windows 7 for download.
I prefer this windows 8 preview image because it's free for now.
    windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/download

A little late I know, but to reset the BIOS passwords, all you have to do is remove the CMOS battery (looks like a large, round coin, like a watch battery), and stick it back in after about ten minutes. Of course with a laptop this could be tricky as it'll most likely require you to take it halfway apart to find it. On desktops it's a lot easier to find it, and works the same way.

Just figured I'd throw that out there for future reference
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
