A great game for seeing what it would be like if you could fly superman whilst he was drunk.

Minnesota has more interesting fireworks laws. Anything that shoots sparks more than 4 feet high is illegal, mostly because 80%+ of the state is forest. Large detonating fireworks are illegal, because of the large Moron population in the state. You know, the type of people that lose hands because they were talking to their buddy and forgot to toss the m80.
We get nice displays for Independence Day, but that's usually the only one.

You still hear a few over here sometimes.
I think you might still be able to buy them in the ACT, and you can make your own one of Dad's friends was making them for years after they got banned.
But the cops have really cracked down in the last few years with fines, they use to just ignore any reports.
And when I was a kid they were legal everywhere, we'd buy them from the local shop (most shops sold them) and use them at school

Reminds me of another time my sister's dumb ass friend took a bunch of black cat fire crackers emptied the black powder onto a small sheet of tinfoil and lit it in his hand! Good times.

I grew up in Illinois. You can't get Black Cats in MN, but you could in IL. So my friends would empty out a couple packs of Black Cats, combine the powder into a toilet paper tube, and blow holes in concrete. Good times!

Yeah we could buy them too at the corner store, but back then they only sold them at certain times of the year. They didn't really care about age as long as you weren't like 7 years old or something. I think the laws were different depending on the province. Probably still are.

Making them would be a trip
