Can I transfer non PSN psx eboots to ps3?

Can somebody tell me if possible how and if not why? I'm asking because their disc rips not psn downloads.

Yeah you can transfure all you like you just can't use em the same as you can't use none PSN download eBoots on an unmodded PSP

I never looked at those signed games though, that may or may not work (I will go with not work though)

So they will transfer I've been reading online others say that I can't is that only with ofw or cfw?

Actually no you can't because you need to sync your accounts to do this and seen as you are using a modded console it's not going to happen that and the game is not from any account

Should of said you can try all you like....

You can only transfure the save data

If you are wanting to play via a TV set then just emulate the game on your PC and hook the PC up to your TV either by HDMI or VGA (A/V if you have the connections to do so)

Use your PS3 controller on your PC (there are driver sets around to do that now)

New question sorta off subject but I heard there's a ps2 emulator for the ps3 does that have psn iso's or is disc only?

the first PS3 could run actual PS2 and PS1 CD's and DVD's (1 or 2 model after aswell, but not even all the bulky ones can play those)

Now you can only play PS1 and PS2 via PSN downloads.... glad I have a PS3, PS2 and a PSone not forgetting the PSP, specially the PSone and PS2 as I have a huge collection of original games
