what program do I use to open frankenstein through the eyes of the monster and play it? it's the saturn version. I have a windows 7 laptop. I REALLY wanna play it.

I vaguely remember this game.

Are you trying to run the Saturn version or Pc. If Saturn you would need Satourne or SSF emulator which you can find on the main site and for PC I think it was an old windows game (like 3.1 or something) so you may be able to run it just by setting the compatibility of the game to win95 maybe or find an old windows emulator. Without more information it's hard to say.

I have never in my life bothered with saturn emulation but you can grab an emulator from here SSF is popular I think.

I took the liberty of checking the compatibility list and it says it's fully playable.

Seriously, you're going to have to give some sort of explanation of what exactly you're trying to do and what problems you're having or nothings going to happen.

This is an emulation site.
Plenty of the games here can be played using emulators on your computer, or by using modified game consoles.

You said you wanted to play a Saturn console game on your Windows 7 laptop...you need an emulator, and links have been provided for you.
A nice member even checked the compatibility list for you
