Busy Saturday continue!!!

I have to read about 70-100 pages for my chemistry exam which is on monday. I will take all the load tomorrow though. Saturday is always my resting day.

Let's see, I ran a total of 4 miles, did 100 pushups, 100 mountain climbers, 50 smurf jacks (don't ask because it's a pain tactic)
Ran a whole baseball field doing war simulations, fireman carried a person who weights about 190 half the baseball field, and found 5 dollars
Good for one day amirite?

2 mile running ,50 push ups, 50 pull ups. And then taekwondo practice after some other exercises and stretching.

1.) My stamina is nowhere it needs to be, I know this because I still have back pain
2.) It's good, if you're feeling complacent, up the reps. Always helps.
