    Default controller mapping issue

Early this morning I downloaded Xpadder to try out controller support on some old games. After I was done with that I downloaded pcsx 1.1.0-r5355. I went to rebind my keys in the program and for some reason now when I try to map the dpad on my dual shock ps2 controller it puts it as y axis like its mapping the joysticks, even if I have my analogs off it still maps it this way. I totally deleted xpadder and restarted my computer and im still having the same issue even when I went back to my revious version of the emulator. I am guessing xpadder was the problem. Does anyone know how I can undo any changes xpadder made to my system? I have tried searching for an hour now with no luck.My last resort is a clean install of pcsx2. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes old analog sticks get buggy and over-sensitive. Test it in xpadder and see if the stick lights up when you aren't touching it. You can use xpadder to fix it by increasing dead zone slightly until the stick stops registering.

I downloaded xpadder again and tested it.seems fine. I think I might be having a plugin problem. I was testing controls in Tenchu Fatal Shadows and the pcsx2 log is showing this error over and over.
