I've run into this problem before. It sucks.
I seem to have a habit of finding girls who are pretty much perfect for me, but already dating assholes, or are lesbian/bisexual-leaning-more-towards-women. Which have seriously been the last two girls I've been interested in.

Somehow, though, the first one is my +1 to the wedding, and the second one moves in on Monday.

And the auction just came back up - one of eBay's servers must have been down for maintenance or something. I'll have one more game to add to my trade list, because there's one duplicate in the auction itself, and I can't remember if I have one of the other games coming in already. Once the money I transferred onto my credit card clears, I'm buying this beast.

As am I, although spending $450 on games right now probably isn't the best decision.

Reckless use of your money, if I may say so.

Haha, that's awesome. Do you think you have a chance with the girl you're taking to the wedding?

    Sweet man!

Damn man, how many games are in the auction?

Just curious, but did you already end up finding a car?

One of the few cart only games in this lot is going for $90 in most Buy It Nows right now. There are a few completed listings where it was priced for around $70, which is closer to the price I've seen on price charts and whatnot. Still, even at $70, that makes this purchase worthwhile.

It's $400 + $50 shipping (fucking Canada ), which means I'm paying an average of around $12 per game. For about 10-15 of the games, that's a little bit over their standard price. For another 10 or so of the games, I'm saying about $20 each game (considering that they are in the box). For the remaining games, which are a bit rarer, I'm saving about $30 per game (again, since most of them are boxed). For this one game, I'm saying around $60.

It might not be the best use of my money, but it's still a great deal.

Well, at least you can use your money. I can't until my new card comes in the mail.

Not a hope in hell. She's moving to Alberta at the end of the month, and even though pretty much all of her friends have told her to break up with her douche of a boyfriend, she's staying with him and he's moving out there with her.

I might have a chance with the girl I'm going to be rooming with, maybe. I'm not sure if she's still seeing someone right now (she was about a month ago, but she hasn't mentioned her in a while). I'm going to play that one by ear.

Kind of. I misunderstood what they told me. I thought it was being worked on back in Manitoba and that they drove a different car out here. Turns out they took it to a shop in town here, so I'll find out on Sunday. If they don't sell it to me, then there's a Jeep that I'll probably buy. I just don't want another gas guzzler.

And there are just shy of 40 games in the lot plus a couple of manuals. 3 of them are complete, 4 of them are game/manual, two of them are just carts, and the rest have the box.

Try as I might, I can't shake my habit of wanting the box with my games. I think what I'm going to do is look for games in lots that have at least a few boxed games in them, and build up a combination of both. I just love the boxes, man.

Good morning... although in my case it's a terrible one...

    No, my cat does. Sometimes.

And yes, it's basically useless to post this now but who cares, I don't.
