That's all a good Dudley player should do is rush, if Dudley can't get in he can't win. Realistically you should be walking forward and pushing heavy ALL THE TIME.

    I see.
But I have been sightly getting better at parrying.
Blocked Oro's Super involving a projectile with parries..
Although I should just play this on DC then put the training to use on Arcade.

There are other ways to do it than machine gun blow.
Machine gun blow to opponent = no no.
    Too risky.

Hence why I just walk in, and duck sometimes to get where I want to.

*And viable tactic against some players, but 0% flashy

    Sound Advice.
Actually have been cataloging all the basic moves for Dudley on my own, only because other guides are just too jumbled for a good overview of all his attacks.
Especially that HCF+K, and HCF+ any punch, get's by projectiles that's mid section aimed fairly well

I'm guessing it's because the unstoppable pause when a person blocks it is apparent for any hit to connect, ANY HIT.

You need to parry things in game, not in training mode.
    Simulation =/= real thing.

Not flashy, but you certainly wont lose the game because you got locked out.

I mostly use the weak version only.

Hard to get to that point, UNLESS I'm playing against a pretty good Chun Li.
    Because pressure game.

When playing against her, I tend to be more careful with how I move, wake up situations, meter management, etc, etc.
Against the rest of the cast I don't have that much of a trouble.

I mostly use the Med, but the low version is good for a quick recovery.
High is for the dash and it's pre lag gives ample time unless I judge whether one can recover or not in time.

    Always will hate them.

Medium/High one = OK randomly, for surprise effect, and if opponent is being silly.
    Weak one = ~70% OK.

Now I've heard of a quick recovery from being knocked into the ground
Now can I do this just about anytime I'm knocked down seeing as I only have to press down at the moment of impact to the ground

Useful, just avoid doing it in the corner.
