Why do you say it isn't working or that it isn't the right file?

We are going to need you to describe your problem in more detail and to link us to the file you are trying to get. Please, read this if you don't know what info is required:

If it were an emulation problem, the thread will be moved to the Nintendo Systems section under Everything Emulation.

im sorry i didnt describe it earlier. well, i have a mac, and i have downloaded ISO's in the past. when i do, it pops up in my downloads as a rar file. however, when i try this game, it simply comes out as an "unknown" text. i dont understand why. then, i tried to download any other game, or the ones i have already downloaded just to make sure, and they are all popping up as "unknown"
