I'm assuming you're using some form of custom firmware (given that you're able to format flash1 & flash2)? I'm not particularly familiar with custom firmwares newer than 5.50 GEN, generally I would recommend using the same installer you used to install it in the first place to re-flash it to flash0. If that doesn't fix it I would bet it were either an issue with that particular custom firmware itself (in which case you'd either look for/wait for a patch or try a different one entirely), or a hardware issue.
