Anyone can tell the how to apply cheat code in nintendo ds game with using my computer(pc)

Are you going to be using an emulator? If so they have cheat programs coded in that you can apply the code to.

For DeSmuMe:
Emulation->Cheats->List
Add cheat codes as Action Replay

No$GBA
Options->Cheats (or F2)
Add new
Select code type and copy the code into the first box

No$+Zoomer
Other->Cheats, or F2
The rest of the steps are the same as No$GBA. No$Zoomer is a front-end that adds functionality and fixes some errors.
