Neo Geo Pocket Color question

I'm just curious; is there any way to emulate the Pocket Menu? For anyone not aware, the Neo Geo Pocket Color had it's own dashboard. If you turned it on without a cartridge in it, it would take you to the "Pocket Menu." The Pocket Menu had a calendar, world clock, horoscope, alarm, and settings option available to fart around with. I always enjoyed reading my horoscope through it (it was just a simple 5 star rating thingy).

As far as I know, there's no emulator available that can emulate the Pocket Menu. I just want to relive the nostalgia involved with it; the happy little jingle that plays, the cute little monster that dances when the alarm goes off, etc.

Does anyone know if there's a way to make this happen?

It works in MESS.

Start it: mess ngpc
Press Q to switch it on.
Keep hitting the Ctrl key to get through the settings.
At the end, the Pocket Menu appears.
