I thought about making this thread when I went on a ringtone/notification sound downloading spree a few weeks ago.

I've currently got chocobo theme music as my ringtone, with a chocobo chirping for a notification. Not that there's much point, because like a few others, my phone is almost always on vibrate, anyway. Chocobo noises will give me away when I'm not supposed to have my phone in my pocket at work.

Oh, the ringtone I use for my alarm is Mog's theme.

Man those are totally lame, mine's all like, "Duh nuh nuh na nuh (nuh nuh nuh) DUH NUH NUH NA NUH (nuh nuh nuh)" <--- t-mobile theme
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"

General ringtone is Tekken 3 King's theme (PS1 version, slightly edited).
As for messages, it's SF3 3rd Strike Dudley "Gutter Trash!" voice clip.

So yeah, obviously fighting game stuff.

It had to be fighting related, didn't it?
(oh, but no trolling aside the hangouts though... )

Wow, it is quite the enpowering tune. I like. Made me think about Pokemon Stadium themes...

I think it is just the kind of song that, if I had as a ringtone, would bring upon me a wave of shouting people going like:
    - "Why don't you answer your phone?! I have been calling you all day!"
    - "It's not my fault, I swear, it's this hypnotizing tune, really..."
This a hypothetical situation, though... (who am I kidding, nobody calls me. :'D)

Anyway, I cannot really have interesting ringtones actually, since my current cellphone costs as much as 20 of these:

    Spoiler warning:

Starting from this point and playing for about 20 seconds:

Had it for years. It's probably time for a new song.
