NDS Emulator for ipad 2 or HTC One X?

Hello.

Is there any fully working nds emu's for ipad 2 or htc one x? Cause i have one now, but its only using dualcore and my phone has quadcore but still lags just as bad as it did on my old dualcore phone.

Right now most emulators are not optimized for quad cores. Really the main thing that a lot of emulators want are high clock speed and a good graphics card. Eventually they will get a good emulator for them or maybe later generations but right now I don't believe there is a really great one out at the moment.
