Help with Download Chrono Trigger [NTSC]

Try to get the game off the New PSX section:

What are you using to attempt to play this? If you are using epsxe you should just use play iso and click on img or cue file and you will be good to go. Now if you trying to burn it I believe you use one of the burning programs and use the cue file to burn it. Not to familiar with burning discs to be honest.

If you are having problems extracting the image file, read this first:

IMG is the image file itself, the SUB file is needed in order to burn the file. If you only want to emulate the game, do what jmurjeff told you.
