THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

And there are billions more out there that I forgot already.
Emuparadise is all about Final Fantasy 7. yup.
That really isn't dedicated to just one game, though, is it? I used to collect shrines and other sites, back in the day. I think most of them died, but I think I can rummage up a couple.

Err, sorry. It looks like it's just the two Princess Maker sites and CCS (which, I suppose, isn't a game). It looks like most of my anime ones died (except ABCB, but that's a general site...still good for serious nostalgia, like their admonition to not bother with fandubs or fansubs because people tend to have terrible video equipment like mono VCRs, leading to grandfathering and clone issues). I've got Maaya Sakamoto and Every Little Zard Thing still (which must have gotten a really good domain and hosting provider; they were last updated in 2001!), but that's music. For both, there's the Audiology of Utena site. I suppose that either shrines have dropped out of fashion or that I've dropped out of the sort of circles that pursue such things avidly. Probably both, come to think of it.
EDIT: I suppose I can throw Serebii.net in for Pokemon, too, but that's a little popular, isn't it?
